Tips for an accepted photo
- Lay the document flat on a dark surface, without glare, in daylight.
- Frame the whole document, straight, and check that everything is readable.
- ID: front and back in the same PDF (setting « 2 photos per page »).
- iPhone photos in HEIC format: if they do not open, choose « Most Compatible » (JPEG) in the camera settings, or take a screenshot.
